I am in need of help with deciding what to make my Minnie Mouse cake ears out of. I will attach a photo of the cake I am doing. My customer is not a fan of fondant.. what can I use?561c57004b9ed.jpeg

Chocolate , dark chocolate cookies, melt sugar and color it black and make hard disks .
