since hobby lobby replaced Wilton with Sunny Side, I notice my royal icing starts fading after few days.
White doesn't stay white but gets some weird darker spots all over the cookies; red, green.. stain all around..
Anybody else has had the same problem?
i don't use that brand, but you could try the just whites powdered egg whites instead of meringue powder if you're making royal icing. It works fine and doesn't give you nasty weird spots.
