Hi All

need to make teal coloured icing like this picture

How would you suggest the easiest, quickest was is doing it without drying out the icing?

I think it's fondant in the photo, but if you need to put it in icing I'd use a teal color with (maybe) a little regular blue. But it just looks like a dark teal. I'd let the icing rest overnight, too, because sometimes it gets darker if it sits for a while.
