How can I get fondant to glow under a black light? I tried painting it with tonic water. Even used some unflavored jello.  What am I doing wrong?

Go to YouTube, there is a video about glow in the dark cake and you can see what paints they used (it was airbrush).

Cocoa butter is glow-in-the-dark!
