Another question here.... I have to order Fondant for a big wedding cake...7 tiers...what brand should I order...Satin Ice or Fondx???... And has anybody used fondx elite for accents...I need to make swags..what are the opinions...
it's according to your pocket book and what works for you -- i mostly use satin ice but those massa fondants are really good but pricey so some swear by satin ice some swear by fondx and then there's all the others -- but those massas are worth the moolah toolah -- just such an individual choice
there are several kinds pf massas for ex. the ticino, grischuna, american and etc. but you can roll those real thin and they are super nice to work with and you use less product so that helps offset the pricey price
