I am new to baking for others. I am making a wedding cake for family friends. The Bride and Groom would like a cannoli cream filling with buttercream frosting. I know the buttercream is fine to sit out for the length of the reception. However, I am nervous about how long it is safe to have the cake out with the cannoli cream filling. The reception will be inside and the Bride wants the cake to be on display for the reception. Thanks in advance for your help!
