Does anyone have a chocolate mousse filling that freezes well? A friend requested such a filling for her cake, but I must make the cake ahead of time and freeze the (fondant-covered) cake 3 days before the party.
The instant pudding mousse recipe, found here on CC, freezes well. One small box of instant pudding to 2 cups heavy cream. Or some use 1 cup heavy cream and 1 cup milk to one small box of instant pudding.
