Shelf Stable Jam Filling, Sleeve??

in the past i have used Shop bought jam, but recently Found out its a High Risk product that has to be störed in the fridge, And room Safe upto 4 hrs.

i feel that this is Not enough Time for me to decorate the cake from Start to finish, the Customer Collecting And eating it,

Even if it was störed in the fridge and you Add up the hours its taken to be worked  on And its been taken in and out of the fridge to be worked on, thats without it being on Show at a venue.

i read you can get a room temp Safe jam but i cant find One anywhere, apart from sleeve jam? Does anybody know where i can purchase this from? Im from the uk
