I am not sure if I am placing this question in the right forum, but it does have something to do with decorating...

Do you guys prefer to see tutorials through step by step pictures or through videos.

If you prefer watching step by step videos, do you prefer to have audio instructions or on screen captions?

I'm deciding on whether or not to do pictures or video tutorials on cake decorations and wanted to know what the audience prefers.
