Hi I recently had a cake order with strawberry filling for a buttercream filled cake. I agreed to it thinking it would be a simple thing to do. I have used that strawberry filling plenty of times with whip cream icing cakes. I filled the cake with the strawberry filling and the usual buttercream trim on the edges. Once this beautifully decorated cake was done I had to deliver it. As I was getting close to my destination I saw the filling on the outside starting to look odd. I was in so much shock to find the cake had slid off and the filling had sipped out! Agh! So I was determined to not make that mistake ever again and I made this video
