Does anyone know what kind of flower is on this cake? I can't find anything like it. I am wondering if it is just a fantasy flower.

To me it looks like a stylised peony.  Those very outer petals almost look like a peony cutter was used, but not trying to look like a peony?  I think doing any sort of frilled outer petals in a rose like formation would give you the look you're after. Very pretty flower.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Thanks for your input! I was hoping it was something I could purchase, but oh well.
