Sams Club But-R-Creme... Is It Dairy Free?

IIRC,... dawn/Walmart/SAMs are the same item.
note the disclaimer near the bottom. If I were dealing with a true allergy, I would not forge ahead with this uncertainty. Its not marketed for the purpose you intend it for. I wouldn't rely on it.
If you contact Sam's Club they should be able to put you in touch with the frosting manufacturer. Some manufacturers are very helpful regarding allergy concerns (Hershey has a dedicated team that responds to allergy-related inquiries) and some aren't so helpful.
Whether you can use it depends on the information provided by the manufacturer and the parameters of the allergy. For example, if the customer is OK with dairy processed in the same facility but not the same equipment, then you are good if the manufacturer confirms that the frosting does not share equipment with dairy products.
