Hello all! :)

I have stated this on another previous thread, but my other half and I are legally opening up a cupcake/bakery here shortly!  We know how much each ingredient costs, what everything will be priced as...and so on.  What I seem to not be able to do..is make an excel spread sheet haha  I was wondering if anyone had a matrix for cupcake pricing?  If so, could I use it?  I know there are ones for cakes/cookies, but I haven't been able to find one for cupcakes, but please let me know if I have missed something!  Happy caking to everyone! :)
