Help and advise needed!
I'm making a wedding cake for my friends and they want a traditional white cake but with a 'topper' next to it of the groom on his dirt bike so it looks like he dirt bike is kicking up mud onto the cake.
The more I think about it, the more concerned I get! Is a free-standing dirt bike with rider on top really difficult to make in gum paste? And are there tutorials anywhere of how to do this?

for mud use chocolate -- the hershey's frosting recipe would be perfect --and brush it with cocoa powder too or ganache would be cool too
bikes are not easy -- get or make a mold
