I work full time Fri-Sun and Im trying to start a cake decorating business at home. My cakes have to be done by Thursday night. How can I make sure they are fresh on Saturday? Can I freeze, or just store in the refrigerator?

i never freeze decorated cake but some people do very successfully -- i would suggest that you need to fridge them sealed in a box -- and i hope it's a dedicated fridge -- don't store fish and garlic soup in there with the cakes --

but i've done that -- worked full time th/fri/sat and tried to do cakes as well and i went nuts -- just saying -- srsly nuts
