How Much Fondant To Cover This Cake????

I'm making my sister and her friend's graduation cake and it's a really big cake. It has 3 tiers, the bottom tier is a 4 layer 12", the middle tier is 2 layer 10" and the top tier is either 3-4 layer 8". I'm going to cover the whole cake in fondant plus the bottom tier is going to have the fondant rose ruffle pattern on it. How much fondant will I need to buy for this whole cake? 20 lbs? 15? Thanks!
