What Color Is This Blue?

I have a client who would like me to match the bottom layer rosette color and Im not too sure as I feel electric blue is a no for sure but how about royal blue?

Your right! I would do royal blue with just a touch of black.

Definitely royal blue.  I'd be very careful with the black, it won't make the blue a deeper shade, it will make it darker in a dull way.

It's electric blue from the top, then as it descends it ombres to royal blue. I'd do either brown or white with that cake, as black might make it a bit darker like what pastrybaglady said.
