I'm looking for tips on making a standing Hennessy bottle. It's suppose to feed 25 people and she doesn't want the black bottle she wants the clear bottle where the liquor shows. Any tips, ideas, pointers ect... will he greatly appreciated.

so for the bottle you're going to use boiled sugar? or isomalt?  i don't know how to make servings out of that -- someone smart will pipe up here soon -- unless you set it on a cake that can then be served --

best to you

I'm bought the small 6 inch round cake pans. I plan to make like 5 or 6 of them and stack them then shape them. I'm guessing the bottle color aka fondant color will be my issue. Plus I hope it stands.
