i am using an old tutorial i saw here to make a tiara but what house hold item can one use as a sheet protector that the royal icing wont stick to

Wax paper, ohp film, acetate sheets are all good options. I've had limited success too with plastic inserts for files - you know, the flimsy see through ones?
