How much would you charge for (NY Metro area)

(1) jewelry box cake (size 1/4 sheet cake)?

(2) jewelry box cake (size 4x4 or 6x6)?

client is choosing a basic jewelry box design (no open lid) and wants to use "candy" jewelry for decoration.

Thanks in advance.

AHave you added up all of your costs, including overhead, ingredients and non-edibles (boxes, boards, etc)? How much time do you estimate that this project will take?

another idea is to price the same or more as your nicest local brick and mortar bakery --

Cake decorating and baking is the easy part.  The business/marketing/advertising/pricing/closing a sale parts are the hard part.

If you asked 100 different people from your local area, you would get 100 different answers.  No one on a public, international forum can provide an answer for you.
