AHello every one? can anyone help me , a mum just asked me if it's possible to make a dairy free and soy free, mini mouse cake for her two year old is Birthday coming up. Is there someone who knows a good recepie for dairy free and soy free roll out fondant to cover the cake Or do I look to other options?? Thank you so much in advance:)

ADid you read the ingredient list from Satin Ice or another brand of fondant? It doesn't appear that it will be a problem, but give the list to the mom for her to verify. You will have more of a problem getting permission to use a copyrighted image of Minnie Mouse.
