I'm in the market for a new hand mixer, and can't decide between Breville'sThe Handy Mix 16 Speed Hand Mixer or KitchenAid's 9-Speed Hand Mixer. I have heard mixed reviews regarding KA, so was hoping I could get some help and input on here :)

Thanks

I have the KA 9 speed. Had it about 3 years now. Awesome powerful little devil. At this point, only the digital numeric control pad is a bit worn out (the little pad you push to change speeds). I really love the shape/ style of the beaters. They are thinner wire as opposed to "blades" but work great.

I give it a thumbs up.;-D

Sometimes the off-brands are decent. Ten years ago I bought two cheapie $5 Toastmaster hand mixers at the supermarket. I bought the second one as a back-up, but the first one has been so reliable I have not used the second mixer.

I have a Black and Decker.  Love it!
