Do you mean shows on the television or ones where you enter a competition?

Ruth Rickey has cake show calendar on her website http://www.ruthrickey.com/. You may also want to check http://www.ices.org for chapters near you. I know there's a show in Connecticut, and there's an active ICES chapter in Massachusetts.
