this one with these modifications:
- use an extra 1/4 cup flour
- ditch most or all of the egg yolks
- just add the un-whipped egg whites one at a time into the creamed butter and sugar
if you put it in the fridge it stiffens up the butter -- holds well at room temp -- doesn't dry out
