AHave to do a Wedding Dress Cake for an exposition/baking graduation. We're going to use a mannequin that my partner has. How do we get the fondant to stick to it? Will MMF work? I was thinking of using MMF mixed with some tylose powder so it hardens fast. Any suggestions on what's better to use for this cake?

I don't know for sure!   But you might try tylose and water (gum glue), syrup or melted chocolate.  I would do a trial overnight and see which one provides the best results.  I use gum glue a lot!

Good luck!
