AI love the taste of IMBC, but if it's not in the fridge the entire time, mine tends to look yellow from the butter. I have a wedding cake that I want to look extremely white, and it will be sitting outside for about 3 hrs till reception starts and I'm afraid it will look yellowish... Anyone have any ideas to not make it turn yellow, or any better icings for a wedding and that may hold up better? Thanks!
AAdding the tiniest drop of violet can make it turn white. I prefer to use the white food coloring by Americolor it works great for me.
