AI'm making a surprise birthday party for my husband and I want to make a LA Lakers Jersey cake with buttercream but I'm not sure on how to make the logo, any suggestions? I'm also making chocolate cupcakes decorated as basketballs, he doesn't like fondant so I'm thinking making them with orange buttercream but I don't know what flavor I should use :/

AHave you ever done a frozen buttercream transfer? If not, this site has great info on them. Search fbct. As for the flavor of the buttercream, how about orange? You could even make the cupcakes chocolate orange.
