Icing In The Bag - How To Warm Up?

We have several pastry bags where we keep different icings in, both buttercream and cream cheese. What's the best way to warm these up out of the fridge without compromising the icing?  We're reluctant to keep them out at room temp for very long.


Right now, we are warming them up by hand.

AIt only takes a few seconds to get it pliable enough to work it around with your hands.
