I put rosebuds on my petit fours, so why not on a cake pop...... a meringue buttercream might be a good choice.

as Bob Ross used to say "It's your world".

AI agree that a meringue buttercream might be the way to go

Are you planning to cover them?  I made cake pops for my son's graduation and decorated them with melted chocolate because I wanted to cover each with a little bag and didn't want the decorations to smear.

AWell they were packaged but not individually wrapped. I did not try it this time. It is so hot & dry here I was afraid they would slip right off. It was a last minute order or I could have made some Royal Icing or fondant buds. Thanks.
