Hello, I'd just like to share with everyone this amazing product that I bought from Ebay recently called Wells and Lowe Professional Cake Release. It works like a dream. I had a problem with cakes sticking to shaped tins and tried the Wilton one and a couple of others and the cakes still got stuck.
