Does anyone charge half before and the rest on delivery or pick-up, and no refunds? I am making baskets for the military families and my proceeds goes towards the basket give always that is held on the 4th of July every year. I don't make enough money to be able to afford making the baskets on the money that I make. So I came up with a way to raise money to make the baskets by making the cupcake bouquets. I also don't know what is a fare price I am charging $20.00 for a half dozen and $40.00 for a dozen. Thanks
