I need to make some cakes a few days ahead of time. Is it ok to Freeze a champagne cake for a few days or will there be problems because of the champagne? I don't want it to be ruined. I have frozen other cakes but never used champagne.
it will be fine. I've done it many times, even with Champagne cake.
