I’ve never seen such cupcake tragedy. The tops were crisped, cracked and sunken in. The crumb almost had no structure. What happened?

 

Have you any idea? Share the idea and give the solution of this problem.

ADid you forget the sugar? Too much leavening? Too little leavening? Temp in oven too high?

There are many variables.
