Hi I know there are a lot of experts on here (which I'm far from lol)! My daughters are having a combined birthday party this weekend. I bought a 12 x2 wilton pan and did a "test cake" a few nights ago. The cake was a good size but not big enough for everyone and I don't want to make it 2 layers b/c I just think it would just be too big or my luck, fall apart. So my question is should I do two 9 inch (2 layer) cakes. Each girl gets their own cake?? or maybe one 10 inch (2 layer cake). We need enough to serve 30ish people. Suggestions :)
