Hi everyone! I know that you can melt normal store bought frosting to create a glaze. Well, I'm making red velvet bundt cake and instead of buying normal cream cheese frosting, I bought whipped cream cheese frosting. I want to know if this will turn into a glaze and work out well. I would just make the glaze from scratch, but I live quite far from the store and need these done by tomorrow morning and I don't have any cream cheese. Any tips?

Whipped cream cheese works just as good as regular cream cheese.  I have microwaved it and poured it over cakes before.  Just be sure not to leave it in too long.
