How many tablespoons do you use to make a cake pop? I usually use 1 tablespoon but lately been thinking of increasing the size. Just wondering what other bakers here are doing.

I typically weigh mine - about .8 oz each. By the time they are dipped and decorated they are a little over 1 1/4 oz each - enough for two bites. I also find that weighing them makes them much more uniform.
