I was not a fan of freezing cakes, however, decided to give it a try as I've seen a lot of people swearing for it. The cake tasted really good after being defrosted, now I want to keep making my cakes in advance and dumping them in the freezer as it saves a lot of time. My questions are, what's the longer you can keep a cake in the fridge? and can you freeze an already-filled cake?
