Line In Fondant

I have a question....I have a line in my fondant most times from where I cut the cake to put in the filling.  Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get rid of it?  Does anyone put fillings in their cakes...(strawberries, lemon filling, custard...ect)..Please help..

AIt is probably down to technique take a look at these you may find then usefull
