AHi all. I am making a wedding cake this week however it's going to be 40 degrees all week! The cake gets delivered on Friday but my question is should I put it in a wine fridge(14 degrees)? Or will it be okay left Out if the house is in it's mid 20 degrees? The cake will be made out of mud cake and dark chocolate ganache and covered in fondant

AGanache will still go soft in the heat. I made my daughters wedding cake in December in the hot weather (29 to 31deg C) on the Gold Coast Australia. It was 6 tier. I worked in the air conditioning and it was fine. I couldn't refrigerate it it was too big.
