Isn't anodized bakeware WAY safer for me and my family than the regular non-stick pans? Should I replace all my regular pans with the anodized pans? Won't they last longer and be safer in the long run?

I know all Fat Daddio pans are anodized. I found the entire line of FD pans on the Ultimate Baker site ( http://cooksdream.com ).

They also have magic line pans (but I don't think they are anodized...) Just wondering what your favorite pans are!?

Thanks for the help!
