I was hoping someone could tell me about a website where I can purchase large quantities (gallon or so) of glycerine and clear vanilla extract.

Also try Adams for clear vanilla. Have you ever tried Vanilla Bean Paste from N&M? I know you can't really get the pure, white icing but it's so yummy!

Also, you can make your own Vanilla extract and sugar-it's not clear of course.
