so i made this frosting by accident with whatever i had on hand.
2 cups of cream
5-6 tbsp of cocoa powder
8-9 tbsp of icing sugar
2-4 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk
adjust the recipe to your taste if needed

I made it myself and to be honest i am really surprised it tastes so good.

It looks more like a whipped cream with cocoa added - how does it hold up at room temperature?

im not sure, since it came out as an accident, taste wise its really good and melts in your mouth, after i frosted it i just refrigerated it because it was for my sisters 18th birthday.
since its using cream, i think not so much at room temperature
