Just wanted to see how you all would do the mud on this cake??

I was thinking i would use chocolate ganache but i dont know how to get it to look like this!!

I agree chocolate ganache or just melted chocolate.  I would dab it on with a paint brush and try to just put some splatters by shaking the brush or tapping the brush against my hand to shake some off.
