AQuick question, can you freeze "cream cheese" buttercream icing? I know you can freeze buttercream icing but mot sure about cream cheese icing. Thanks for all and any reply! :grin:

AI've done it.. just stored it like I do every other icing.

Yep. Just let it come to room temp, beat it with your mixer and use!
