How long is buttercream dream icing good for, left out on the counter? It was a double batch so it contains 12 tbsp of milk, 4 sticks butter and 4lbs conf. sugar .. It was made on Friday and I'd like to use it to frost some cupcakes for my sister, to take to work tomorrow, Tuesday .. will it be ok? Temps were low 70's pretty much, Thanks.
I saved 10 days frozen buttercream and it tastes just as good to re use
