Hi! I'm making mini mocha cupcakes and its batter has whipped egg whites folded into it. I only have 1 mini muffin tin that has 12 holes. I'm afraid that while a batch is in the oven, the batter will deflate and it will not rise anymore when I bake another batch. Please suggest anything that i can do because i need to sell these tomorrow morning and i can't buy another pan since its late. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Did you try it? I don't know if it would work or not to allow the batter to sit, but if it were me and I had no other options and no time to experiment, I would probably just make half a batch of batter and bake that, then make another batch just to be on the safe side. Good luck!
