Florida Gator Cake.. Need Help!

AIve made fondant cakes for the last 2 years but im very weak a buttercream. This week is my first bc cake and its a Florida gator cake. The want the Florida gator logo on the top.. with it being bc should I pipe it or make it out of fondant. I have no ideal how to tackle this cake.. please help

You could do a frozen buttercream transfer, but be careful about using a licensed logo if you are selling.

I wouldn't pipe it in BC.  Too messy.  If you do a BC transfer it will look nice.  You can also cut it out of fondant.  Allow to dry and make your BC real smooth that will be beneath it.  

 

I think the BC transfer would look the best, but stick with your comfort level.
