I have seen several people recommend a site for ordering gumpaste flowers that were inexpensive. I am unable to locate the thread and would like to order some for a practice wedding cake dummy. Can anyone help?

I know Leah_s always recommends Avalon Deco, maybe try searching for a thread with that in it (if they don't have what you need)

I have gotten flowers from Global Sugar Art and from Caljava that were very reasonable (they always have sales going on and sometimes free shipping) I also got some from www.cakedeco..com which were not expensive, but out of 6 rose sprays, all 6 had broken flowers and/or leaves. They were very helpful and offered to replace them, but since I need them for this weekend, I am going to take the sprays apart and rebuild enough for the weekend cake. They offered to credit my account for the shipping and handling fees for my inconvenience. Again, he flowers are good quality and not expensive and I would recommend them again.

I used to make all of my sugar flowers but then it became too much work.  So I started buying readymade flowers from http://CaljavaOnline.com/.  They have the most beautiful flowers that come packed very well.  Many of the designs are even nicer than if I were to make them, and they are very inexpensive.  I have a lot more time completing more cake order from the time saved from making all of the flower decorations, and the quality of my designs have maintained because they are such nice flowers.  They have large variety of gumpaste flower designs: http://caljavaonline.com/pages/gum-paste-flowers.  I hope that helps.

ATry Caljava Online http://caljavaonline.com/ I've been buying my gumpaste flowers there for years! Their sprays are perfect and they come prewired so all i have to do is place it on the cake. Pricing is great too. I always try and catch their sales and snag some sprays for a great deal lol :D
