AI would like to know if you have to add oil when piping chocolate onto a cake? Also I am having a hard time keeping the end of the piping bag from clogging up due to the chocolate harding faster than whats in the rest of the bag. How to heat the chocolate with out making a mess or burning the chocolate?
It would help, but only add a little at a time.
I saw someone one time just using choc fudge ice cream topping that they piped on top of their cake. It worked wonderfully!!!!
