I am new to baking.  I have done some thins for free to get some exposure.  I want to start with homemade layer cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies ect.  How do I determine what I will charge?  I know I won't be able to price as low as supermarkets.

Do a forum search.  There are multiple threads that will assist you in pricing

This topic has been discussed extensively. Use the search box and type in "how to price cakes" or "jason_kraft pricing cakes" and learn how to do the math. You may also benefit from learning how to write a business plan.

And make sure you are compliant with food safety laws in your area, some municipalities require a license and/or an inspection before you can sell food to the public.

Good luck! Welcome to the forums.
